Once upon a time there were 40 years of creation !

In the spring of 1979, Michel and Rosemonde Coudert, young creative, passionate and hippie-styled craftsman and woman, decided to set up a workshop in their garden in Aulnay-sous-Bois to create all kinds of small decoration objects. made of wood....So was born the Rosemonde and Michel Coudert® brand !

For more than 35 years, they worked as a family : in their creative laboratory were born colorful boats, birds of paradise with a thousand feathers, puppets, fireflies, or even giant street lamps...

French-style arts & crafts are the key words in their manufacture, always concerned with detail, hard work and dedication, They started to design wood lamps with lights and reflections, then they created progressively table lamps and ceiling lights...

From 1990, the R&M Coudert brand collaborated with the French manufacturer Priplak®, a specialist in high-end and 100% recyclable plastics, to create a range of lighting for children. From then on, timeless and poetic lamps were born, true iconic models of the brand, such as the airplane nursery lamp, or butterfly pendant lights, helicopter bedroom ciling light, or the Flo or Gala floor lamps and table lamps, kids wall lights .

R&M Coudert Lightings are member of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Paris, and are supported by the Ile-de-France Region for the digital transition of craftsmen and traders.
